The last 4 Release runs on main all failed at the pre-publish downstream-compat smoke: #3216 (ADR-0056 D8) removed the unenforced agent
visibilityfield from the spec, but the smoke pins hotcrm v2.0.0, whose two copilot agents still author it — typecheck goes red, so npm publish is blocked and the changesets version PR (#3098) has gone stale.Two changes:
HOTCRM_REFv2.0.0 → v2.1.0 in.github/workflows/release.yml. hotcrm v2.1.0 (refactor(agents): drop removed agent visibility field (spec 15 / ADR-0056 D8) hotcrm#449) drops the removed field; hotcrm main is already on ObjectStack 14.7 with package.json at 2.1.0. Verified locally by replicatingdownstream-smoke.shagainst the freshly built spec dist from latest main: hotcrmtypecheck+validateboth green.scripts/bump-objectui.sh):.objectui-sha2e7d7f0f7ee7 → e164196801bd, with the usual@objectstack/consolechangeset covering the objectui range (bumped to minor — the range contains feats).Merging this should turn the next Release run on main green, refresh #3098, and let the release ship.
